Hoosiers deserve to see how their tax dollars are spent.

Jessica Bailey knows how to make government work. As Porter County Clerk, she has spent two terms keeping records accurate, elections secure, and essential services running the way working families expect. Her work has earned statewide recognition, including Clerk of the Year from the Association of Indiana Counties and an election administration award from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.
Now Jessica is running for State Comptroller to bring accountability back to Indianapolis. Every dollar accounted for. Every payment on time. and your tax dollars working for the people it belongs to... You!
Hoosiers deserve to see how their tax dollars are spent.
The Comptroller's office runs the state's transparency portal, where anyone can look up vendor payments, contracts, and public salaries. Jessica will turn it into a tool Hoosiers actually use — easier to search, in plain language, and kept current — so you can see how our tax money is being spent.
Every month, the State Board of Finance moves millions between state funds — often in meetings that end in about three minutes.
The Comptroller is one of the board's three members. Jessica will be the independent voice in the room: asking questions, requesting documentation, and making sure the record shows a real review before the money moves. No money should move without an independent set of eyes on it.
The Comptroller pays more than 33,000 state workers, pays the state's bills, and funds every county, city, town, and school.
Jessica spent two terms running the Porter County Clerk's office — payroll, public records, and clean elections, done right. Named Clerk of the Year and recognized nationally for election administration, she'll bring that standard statewide: every dollar accounted for, every payment on time.
The Comptroller decides when your school district, county, and town receive the state funding they depend on.
Counties, towns, schools, and townships rely on state funding for roads, water, public safety, education, and basic services. Jessica will fight to make sure those dollars are tracked clearly, handled responsibly, and paid on time, while pushing for more accountability when public money touches issues like water quality, plastic waste, and microplastic pollution.
Your contribution fuels the campaign for an honest, transparent Comptroller's office.
